Department of "Production of construction products and structures"
Opportunities of the department
The department has a research laboratory of construction materials and products certified by the State Standard of Ukraine.
Supervisor: Ph.D., Professor of VBK Zavoloka Mikhail Vasilyevich.
The main tasks and functions of the laboratory:
1. The laboratory carries out scientific research and metrological work on testing the quality characteristics of construction products and materials in accordance with the field of certification and according to the thematic plan of basic and applied scientific work of the Academy and under agreements of the Academy with other institutions for research.
The laboratory performs the following main functions:
- Conducts product testing in accordance with the field of certification of overhead lines and issues test reports;
- Keeps records of metrological works (journal).
2. The laboratory cooperates with the organizations and establishments letting out by departments on a profile of the activity on the organization of introduction of results of researches and developments in manufacture and educational process.
3. The laboratory helps to improve the quality of training by involving students in research work.
4. The laboratory provides the necessary efficiency of the used devices and the equipment according to requirements of the state standards.
