He graduated from the Odessa Civil Engineering Institute, in 1970. In the specialty "Industrial and Civil Engineering" and received a qualification of civil engineer.
1987 - Candidate of Technical Sciences; dissertation topic: "Influence of technological factors and properties of materials on thermophysical properties of lightweight concrete on porous aggregate";
1990 - academic title of senior researcher;
1999 - academic title of associate professor;

2005 - full member of the Academy of Civil Engineering of Ukraine;
2006 - academic title of private professor;
2019 - Head of the Department of IBC
Professor of the WBC department, scientific supervisor of the Research Laboratory of Construction Materials and Products Certified by the State Standard of Ukraine.
2 monographs,
2 textbooks,
a total of 97 works were published, as well as 2 foreign articles
Engaged in scientific support, monitoring and quality control of building materials and products.
Research interests: study of the impact of solar energy and surfactants on the properties of building materials.
