He graduated from the Odessa Civil Engineering Institute in 1970 with a degree in "Industrial and Civil Construction" and received the qualification of a civil engineer.
1987 - Candidate of Technical Sciences; thesis topic: "The influence of technological factors and material properties on the thermophysical properties of lightweight concretes with porous aggregates";
1990 - academic title of senior research associate;
1999 - academic title of associate professor;

2005 - full member of the Academy of Construction of Ukraine;
2006 - academic title of private professor;
2019 - Head of the Department of Biomedical Engineering
Professor of the Department of Building Materials and Construction, scientific director of the Scientific Research Laboratory for Testing Building Materials and Products, certified by the State Standard of Ukraine.

Engaged in scientific support, monitoring and quality control of building materials and products.
Area of scientific interest: research into the influence of solar energy and surfactants on the properties of building materials.
